What are the care instructions for my product?

PAYMENT
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPa and Venmo. We also accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. SSL protects the sensitive information such as credit card details—by making them private and confidential—from being stolen by malicious users over the internet. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted.
ORDER QUESTIONS
How can I update or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing them if they have not yet shipped. You can also email us at info@smplobjects.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email (and SMS if you opt in at the checkout) with the tracking information.
How do Pre-orders work?
Some products are available in pre-order mode at a discounted price. By providing your credit card information, you give us permission to authorize a charge for the indicated amount. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the product can be shipped. Once the product can be shipped you will be notified via email.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping within the Continental United States on domestic orders from $39.00 up. Your order will ship via UPS Ground or USPS, whichever method is most appropriate based on the weight of the order.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within U.S.
How much do I pay for delivery and how long will my order take to arrive?
SMPL OBJECTS provides FREE shipping on orders $39+. For detailed info, please read shipping info.
When and how will I be notified about the shipment?
You will get an email confirming your order after you place it and another email when your order ships.
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to a physical address you provide (home, work, etc.). Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Can items be easily returned?
SMPL OBJECTS hopes you’re thrilled with your new hair care accessories. However, all products shipped within the U.S. may be returned free of charge using a return label that you will receive after requesting a return.
How do I exchange a product?

How soon will I get my refund?
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-5 additional days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
